Christmas feasting

Tonight, I sat down and did the grocery list for this week. Since I didn't get to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving due to the move, we're doing turkey for Christmas. (I ate plenty of turkey, but I wanted to roast one, dangit!)
The plan-
Tomorrow: buy everything, finish getting kitchen unpacked and set up (only 2 boxes left, so easily doable)
Sunday: make Devonshire splits (a sweet yeast bun), probably double batch
Monday: make cheesecake with key lime curd (the only experimental item- found a cheesecake recipe that uses Greek yogurt, so lower in sodium)
Make pumpkin soup
Tuesday: prep and roast turkey. Make mashed potatoes. Whip up a simple gravy. Bake pears for dessert. Hang out with family.
As time is available: unpack more of living room.
So the menu is: roasted turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, buns, pumpkin soup, and cheesecake and baked pears for dessert. Plenty of food without taxing my stamina.
