Singing

So, I downloaded Audacity, installed it, and tried it out. It works great!

The problem? I tried it out by singing the 1st verse of the Hymn of Promise, and by the third line my voice was starting to break. If I want to be able to record clearly enough to stay intelligible, I think I'm going to have to wait until some more of the crud clears.

I used a little of the donation money from the Poetry Kitchen to support the download server for the MP3 encoder.

Audacity is great. I've been using it to process sermon audio for three years.

Don't push your voice while you're sick! You can damage it that way.

But I continue to look forward to hearing the poem as a song!!!
