Tree!

For the first time since we married, anher and I have a live tree in the house. No decorations, yet, but the smell is amazing.

Made cranberry nut bread, which I always associate with Christmas. It's more complicated than most quick breads, more like making a specialty cake. I've never grated orange peel before.

We unveiled the poinsettias in church today. One was "in honor of Daniel Ward Waite, given by Grandbear." Which means, if you want a live poinsettia, you can have it; otherwise, we'll wind up killing it inadvertently somehow.
