It's that time of year... for those of you who want to buy gifts for us and haven't yet...

My Amazon wishlist: http://amzn.com/w/2J7LC55OFAXDQ

Other suggestions-
Memberships. A membership to Colonial Williamsburg or the Norfolk Botanical Gardens would mean we'd be able to run off on a weekend to a kid-friendly place for culture and relaxation. Netflix allows you to buy others a month or two. Livejournal also allows others to pay for the fee.

Baby things. The werecub is old enough that we can get a jogging stroller, and [livejournal.com profile] anher wants to start running again. I've been researching food mills for making baby food, along with baby food storage for once it's made. We will also shortly be in need of several baby gates to section off bits of our house. WARNING: The werecub is currently wearing 9 month sizes. He has not yet hit his 6 month growth spurt.

Baking things. We have awful cookie sheets and muffin tins. I've been drooling over silicone cookie mats for a while. The cheap non-stick stuff just flakes and falls apart, so sturdier (or silicone) replacements would be welcome. Hey, if you want to send me some exotic baking/cooking materials (oat flour, flaxseed, etc), I'm interested in the challenge.

And, of course, gift cards to Amazon or Barnes & Noble or even just Wal-Mart will get used and I will be thankful for every purchase.

Just wondering about the gift cards -- can those be done "online" as in effect store credit, or must someone get and mail you the actual physical card?

It can be done on-line.

Our Bob's stroller ( http://www.bobgear.com/ ) is totally amazing. Very lightweight but built like a tank. They have dual use and dedicated jogging strollers, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They're pricier than the nasty ones you see in most baby stores but they'll hold up and have high resale value when you're done with them.

Those strollers are impressive, and expensive! Whew. I think the sport utility stroller would be appropriate.
