alpharaposaSo, I got today off so I could stay home for a repair appointment with Sears. It gets towards noon and the guy was supposed to show up by now, so I call.
Turns out they cancelled the appointment because the parts hadn't arrived by Wednesday. The parts arrived yesterday, but nobody called to follow up, and nobody told me to call to let them know.
I was able to schedule an appointment for next Saturday, so neither of us have to miss work. On the other hand, that means another trip to the laundromat. I think I'll do that this afternoon.
They did say I could call early tomorrow and see if anybody canceled an appointment. I think that's the best I'm going to get out of this situation.
Grr. Well, time to get ready to go out and run errands.

anher has the laundromat card, and I don't want us to have two things we probably won't use again after this is fixed, so instead I'm going to run other errands, and also enjoy this day. I got it off, I might as well have some fun.
