And thus when Obama's out of office, the Democrats will complain that the new Republican President is "breaking treaties" ... treaties which were never ratified. Remember the stink they made over George W. Bush pulling out of the ABM Treaty -- even though he did so under the treaty's own provisions for withdrawal?
