National Day of Prayer

Today is a National Day of Prayer, a tradition in this country that goes back to the American Revolution.
I would say it's a good day to pray for our country.
(And it is sad that I found out it was today because of stories of how our President isn't joining in.)

Just because he's not attending the Big Official Event doesn't mean he's not engaging with it in some other way. This is like the CEO of a company announcing a big party on the official schedule and then mentioning he'll be at home for his child's birthday.
