When we lived in Odon, the School Corp tried to close the Raglesville School, which had mostly Amish and Mennonite students -- on the grounds that they could not afford to fix the roof.

So the Amish all got together and put a new roof on. End of story. And end of yet another attempt to forcibly assimilate them on the part of the Liberal Fascists who run the public schools.
