I have this, including the toast part, on audiobook. The unique part is that it's read by John Cleese. He does Screwtape PERFECTLY.

Lewis was a prophet in some ways, sadly.

Downloadable audio (Format/quality guide: 2=AM radio, 3=FM radio, 4=128kbps mp3 or thereabouts. Audible does not offer MP3s because they can't be DRMed, though they say they're working on implementing them for authors and publishers who want their content open.)
