How quickly things change

I'm looking at a random mailing from Rose & Womble, one of the local real estate companies in my area. It's a coupon for a free DQ Blizzard (buy one, get one). And on the back it says,

"Don't get caught out in the cold. The real estate market is great. Make your next move a real treat, call today."

I received this less than a week before Fannie and Freddie tanked.

Still planning on using the coupon soon. Maybe today. :9
