I accidentally knocked my DS onto the floor and now the touch screen's blank no matter what I do. I called Nintendo, and they told me it needed to be repaired.

The good news is that I paid for a product replacement plan when I purchased the DS. I can go get a free replacement from GameStop. Hurrah!
