Stuff (regular foo, in other words)
Jul. 1st, 2009 07:57 amBeing home from vacation is a bit disorienting. Not everything is exactly as we left it, because somebody was house-sitting. I've forgotten where some things are, too. I looked around for my work shoes, then found them right where they should be. I'd just forgotten that's where they were supposed to be.
I successfully dumped all worry about work until the day before I went back to it. I suppose that's a good thing. My brain is geared up to pick up all the tasks waiting for me.
I let the house-sitter use my computer while we were gone, and all my tabs were lost when I got back. :( I hunted down the bible link I've been using. I know where to find the onigiri links. The tank lords thing I can probably Google.
I have found that most Bible verses do, in fact, fit into 140 characters. Unfortunately, many Bible verses are not complete sentences.

I have mixed feelings on medications, myself. I know that they can be necessary, but they have to be used with full awareness of the consequences and with careful monitoring of the side effects. If you can get by without them, do so. If you can't, then make sure that you have friends or family that will help you keep an eye on what effects they have. When you're on medications, sometimes you don't realize how much they affect you.
