Thanks. Once I got started, I relaxed a bunch. Cooking is fun, after all!

Turkey is roasting, now, and the giblets and neck are simmering on the stove with some veggies. I find myself wondering what else I can make. Maybe potato leek soup? Maybe.

Of course, I managed to burn a knuckle when basting the bird. But I have some leftover frozen veggies to ice it.
