Vitamin K2 isn't for mood, and it won't affect your rheumatoid arthritis, but it would help prevent osteoperosis and it also helps prevent blood clots. K2 cleans calcium out of your blood stream (where it might cause unusual clots/heart attacks) and puts it in your bones where it belongs.

It's found in natto, sauerkraut, and marrow and milk from pasture-fed animals. Also in cheese. But you can also pick up a K2 and D3 supplement at Wal-Mart.
