And yet we get grief for not being even more lenient. That's what is so dizzying about all this. We were kinder than anybody else ever has been in similar circumstances. And we're still bastards by the left's standards.
There's just no winning this fight. Even while Obama adopts the same policies (because even he can't just throw out our country's security in one toss, it seems), they still tell us it was all wrong.
