I have a ham/macaroni salad I made recently: 1 lb macaroni, cooked, drained, and cooled (I usually rinse it in cold water as soon as it is cooked), 1/2 lb ham or more(you could use sliced ham like you would get from the deli), 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper, about 1 cup, more or less of mayo (I usually put in two large glops, using a large spoon), 1 lb cherry tomatoes (also known as grape tomatoes) sliced in half with about 1/4 c. set aside for garnish. Mix it all up and chill (unless you rinsed the mac. in cold water, then you could eat it right away). Top with the reserved tomatoes just before you serve it. This is a large recipe. I forget how much it makes.
