alpharaposaI've been feeling depressed. I'll own up to it. I've been worried about things some of the time, and moping around the rest.
Tonight, we had steak. Broiled. I want more. Mmmm, steak.... with no seasonings, even. Just a coating of olive oil so it didn't burn.
I'm awake and hungry now. More protein...
Hmm. I should probably get the stuff and actually make that protein spread. That might help!
