Getting ready for spring

There's still snow on the ground today, but the weather is supposed to get warmer at last in a few days. The baby cub is now taking naps in the swing during the day, so I don't have to hold him the whole time. This frees me up to clean and tend the older cub. To work out some of the winter cabin fever, I looked through Amazon's Instant service for gentle workout videos. I wanted something relatively quiet so the older cub wouldn't get worked up bouncing along.

I found this: Ultimate Flexibility: Stretching for Martial Arts. I think I'm sticking with it for a little while. I feel better after doing the easy workout, and the older cub did a few of the stretches beside me. The fun ones, mostly, where you lie on your back with your feet in the air.

Easter is this weekend. When dad visited a few weeks ago, he brought up a children's Bible story book that I used to read when I was small. I think I'll look and see what it has for Maunday Thursday in it and the Passover dinner. The older cub is old enough to hear the story. Understanding will come when it comes.

The baby is stirring, so time to snuggle him again.
