Stress demons

Well, yesterday was a bad day.

I've realized that I haven't really been resting up properly. I rest, but then I turn around and spend all the ground I've gained on work and then try to push myself to do things at home. Regardless of whether I accomplish things at home.

I've hit limit break.

There is ice at the end of the driveway..

There were clouds in the sky tonight..

Maybe there will be snow soon.

Silence

It's quiet in the house. No TV, no radio. A few fans (computer, heater), the cats walking around. Some muffled noises from outside, sometimes.

But otherwise, silence.

This, too, is rest.
