political foo: ordinary vs politicians

According to Rassmussen, a small majority of ordinary folks view the Tea Parties favorably. But a vast, vast majority of the "political class" view them unfavorably.

And this, I think, sums up the problem that caused them to organize in the first place. How representative is our political class anymore?
