One of my gifts was a copy of Microsoft office 2003 (military edition, which is to say, normal home edition that costs a lot, lot less). So, I finally have a word processor on my computer. Yay.
So, I've installed it, created the template necessary, and started transferring recipes. When I'm done typing them out, I'll print 'em on 'postcard' template card stock. And I shall no longer have to go hunting for an old Nestle chocolate chip wrapper when I want to make my killer chocolate chocolate chip cookies. Or print out directions for lasagna over and over again from an old email, for that matter. This is probably one of the most practical things I can do to clean up a particularly cluttered corner of my kitchen.
