The ingredients:
Two chicken breasts
Rosemary
Basil
Olive oil
A half jar of Classico Four Cheese spaghetti sauce
Half a pound of angelhair pasta
Kraft five cheese Italian blend
Cook the pasta according to directions on box. Drain, stir in a little olive oil to help keep it from sticking and clumping.
At the same time, pan fry the two chicken breasts in a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary and basil on top. Turn over only once, when edges are completely white but middle is still pink. Cook till done.
Heat up sauce.
Split the angelhair pasta between two plates. Place one chicken breast atop each mound of pasta. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all liberally. Enjoy.
As good as anything I've had at Olive Garden (except maybe the desserts).
While on the subject of food, I got out some drinking chocolate that I'd bought last time I was over in Indiana (trip to Jungle Jim's) and prepared some with milk today. Delicious stuff.
