Political foo: no right to own a cow

http://foodfreedom.wordpress.com/2011/10/03/wisconsin-judge-rules-no-right-to-own-a-cow-or-drink-its-milk/

That's right, a Wisconsin judge has ruled that people do not have the right to own a cow or drink the milk from a cow they own.

I really wish that "pursuit of happiness" had been written as "property," but I doubt that the judge pays any attention to the Declaration of Independence or the intent of the Founders.

I'm kind of wondering what sort of reasoning this judge had for denying a basic property right, and I agree, he needs to be investigated and this decision appealed as high as it has to go.

The ACLU is going have a field day with this one. And possibly the Tea Party.

Gotta love big government and the nanny state.

There is also the clause about produce and consume the foods of their own choice. Does that mean that the people who have kitchen gardens will not be able to eat that produce?

I had asked if farm markets would be allowed to sell the food they produce. But they are already legislated about that. You have to have a license to well food at a farm market, at least in Indiana.
