I don't always enjoy every South Park episode, but there's a line that's gotta be drawn. To that end, I point you to The First Annual Everybody Draw Mohammad Day.
If everybody simply thumbs their noses at the threats, soon enough, jihad becomes a laughingstock. Sure, it's a real problem, but you don't defeat the problem by giving in.

Then I found myself wondering why it was improper in their culture to draw such pictures, so I hit up my favorite religious resource to see what I could find.
As the first 3 words in that linked page will explain, the reply I was planning on making is now crumpled up and chucked in a recycle bin.
On a side note, however, I don't think I'll be partaking in this silliness. I haven't a clue what the prophet actually looked like, and on those rare occasions I sketch actual people, I like to be as accurate as possible. *shrug*
