I don't follow it rigorously (following it rigorously is really against the spirit of the whole thing), but it's a useful method of measuring time in general terms.
Right now, it's solidly Afternoon. Stupid Daylight Savings Time. Soon to be Evening.
This Evening, I am going to be hanging out with friends. This may involve going out to see a movie, or just staying in and indulging in mega DvD watching. Who knows? Details are to be hammered out when folks arrive.
